1. MXZ1560D is popular used on the wooden furniture, mortising on door or window, lock-hole mortising. The vertical drill and horizontal milling could be worked together or separately.

3. Structure of the machine

 This machine is composed with machine body, lifting-table, vertical drill frame, horizontal frame and safety guard together.

(1)                   The machine body is made by steel board bending and welding and there are horizontal milling spindle, oscillating motor and moving link-rod.

(2)                   There are lifting table, lifting sliding table part, lifting frame and wheel on the side of the machine.

(3)                   There is electric controlling box in front of the machine

(4)                   Moving table has equipped with pressing cylinder, gauge vertical drill frame. There could be drilled with three different dim holes by the vertical drill, and the distance between three drills to be adjustable. The way of adjusting is: loose the chuck of the drill and chucking the screw bolt, turning around the chuck to let the drill parallel with the gauge, then strength it and the chuck located the vertical drill motor spindle directly.

(5)                   Lifting part to be composed with lifting frame, guide-screw, screw-nut and wheel.

(6)                   Moving table push ahead and backward by the cylinder and the sliding part is made by liner sliding carrier.

(7)                   Chucking cylinder to be worked for press the wooden piece

(8)                   Main spindle speed is 10000rpm. It could finish the work on necessary length milling with the help of oscillating frequency-adjustable motor. The drill bits and milling cutter offered by the user.

(9)                    Oscillating motor speed from low to high by the work of transducer, and it is adjustable when work by the worker. The machine has been adjusted well before delivery which could be work directly.
