I. Apllications and characteristics

The machine tool is mainly applicable for grinding all kinds of straight blade cutters with different angles, mainly composed of six major parts, i.e., a machine body, a worktable, a sliding plate, motors, a grinding head and electric components. The various parts are of compact structure, beautiful appearance and reasonable layout. The rail is precisely machined, and eccentric design and triangular positioning method are adopted for running bearing shaft, the bearing at two ends are downward faced to contact the rail, and the middle bearing are upward faced to contact the rail and travels, so high-precision transmission can be achieved. The cutter travel for grinding head is automatic, stable with uniform speed, possessing its unique advantage to ensure the uniform height and uniform weight of the cutters, and four blades can be simultaneously ground. It is suitable for a variety of different types of cutters in furniture, printing, textile and other industries, it can also be used for oblique opening processing of high-speed tool steel and etc, being a preferred equipment of related manufacturing enterprises.
